Context
HR Partner is an Australian based HR SaaS company. They provide a simplified HR SaaS solution for companies looking to streamline their HR processes.
As part of their HR solution. HR Partner offer a range of features to manage a company including a leave portal, employee record management systems, and performance review and goal setting features.
HR SaaS is pretty competitive and in order to rank well and dominate keywords, backlinks are very much needed.
Great backlinks at that.
Process
HR Partner like many SaaS companies have a great handle on their SEO. The structure of the website is good, the content of the pages is excellent, and the site is set up to convert.
CRO heavily overlaps with SEO.
When you get the two right, revenue follows.
But, HR Partner needed to build good links in order to get the SEO part of the equation correct.
So, they came to us.
We have helped HR Partner build over 80 backlinks in the last year. Starting from March 2024. Our work with HR Partner continues to have a powerful impact on results.
The above screenshot demonstrates that HR Partner have 230 good links.
By good links, we are classifying them as do-follow, in-content, DR50+, with domain traffic over 1000.
The bare minimum for all the backlinks that we build.
We have built 35% of them. Now that is a very significant proportion in one year, given the company has existed for several years.
Deliverables
The links we have built for HR Partner (all 80) have had an average DR over 65 and average traffic over 40k organic monthly visitors!

Results
Upon beginning work with HR Partner in March 2024, they were sitting at about 4300 organic monthly visitors. Now, they are sitting at around 7000 monthly visitors.
The 65% + increase is evidenced by the above GSC screenshot. But, the organic traffic by itself isn’t the full picture.
The actual strategy we have employed with HR Partner has been primarily focused on the high converting service pages.

That’s because HR Partner are ranking in #1 for the most important keywords driving traffic to these pages now.
Even at 10% conversion that’s still an extra 150 new customers EVERY month.

Ahrefs estimate HR Partner’s organic traffic is worth over $10k every month.
$120k a year just from SEO.
